An Introduction to Mindfulness by Lawrence Goh

There are many ways to define Mindfulness. Mindfulness is always about being mindful of something.

In this workshop, we will be guided to directly experience mindfulness of the breath and mindfulness of eating. Fruits (specifically tangerines!) will be offered as part of the activity and we will end off with a question and answer segment.

This workshop is suitable as a gentle introduction to Mindfulness. Experienced practitioners are welcome to come for a respite.Date: 28 May 2024 (Tuesday)
