Corrine Lin

Corrine practises at CLARIE Psychotherapy, providing counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples. From burnout to family struggles, Corrine’s passion lies in helping individuals navigate difficult experiences, including generational and childhood trauma, pregnancy and parenthood challenges as well as loss and grief. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, Corrine is also conversational in Malay and Hakka.

She believes that therapy is a process of uncovering, recovering and discovering of self, and that everyone has the capacity to heal and change. Driven by empowering others with inner clarity, a collaborative therapy in a safe and supportive environment unlocks healing, growth, and empowered choices for an authentic life. Corrine applies trauma-informed and cultural sensitivity awareness alongside integrated evidence-based frameworks.

Corrine obtained her Master of Counselling with advanced training in CBT. She is also a certified Transactional Analysis Practitioner (TAP) and a member of the Transactional Analysis Association Singapore.

Corrine is also passionate about supporting young people and marginalized communities. She currently volunteers at a youth coaching centre, helping young persons explore and shape their futures. She previously volunteered at a trauma and addiction recovery centre supporting the marginalised and vulnerable including LGBT community.

How do your own core values shape your approach to therapy?

"Do what's right by you." I'm guided by authenticity and growth. Sometimes, it means facing our inner fears, other times it means pushing our boundaries out of our comfort zone.
