To help my father with his alcohol addiction during the pandemic, I rekindled my interest to pursue in-depth study in hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

Since then, I have been using hypnosis and hypnotherapy to help people who are facing weight, anxiety, stress, panic attack and addiction issues.

What language can you conduct the session in?

English

What was your path to becoming a therapist?

After I recovered from my temporary blindness, I kept on studying about the power of the subconscious mind. With a sense of wonder of how the subconscious mind could help me, I have the desire to help my father to be out of his deep-seated anger and addiction (cigarette and alcohol) which led me toward hypnotherapy. And I have successfully helped my dad to be free from substance abuse.

What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?

My continuous learning in neuroscience, energetic psychology, psychology and other modalities allows me to understand more on how to help clients effectively.

What advice would you give to someone who is hesitant to try therapy?

It's ok to not believe the modality that we use but do give it a try and see the result for yourself.

My client who struggled with 8 years of loss and grief shared that she was skeptical even to the last minute before meeting me. But she had a breakthrough in just one session.

What should someone know about working with you?

I always see myself as a guide rather than a therapist and I will always work hand in hand for your breakthrough journey.

I was honored to be part of my client's breakthrough journey. Here are some of them whom I've helped:
